Default air pump lower bracket - which hole?

I removed all the brackets to change my front cover on my 89 F150.

I've got it all together and I put the lower air pump bracket bolt in the lowest hole in the front cover.

Now the serpentine belt is too short. I'm thinking that I need to move the lower bracket to a different location on the timing cover.

Can anyone tell me where their's is located?

What engine? A/c or not?

You're probably routing the belt wrong.

5.8 with AC. I followed the belt routing diagram.
