Default aftermarket head intake runner size??

hey guys! Looking at replacing the wore out gt40's on my 393 stroker in my 92 flare side 2wd truck and had some questions.

I'm trying to figure out which sized intake runner cc would be best suited for a truck. For example 190 cc, 210cc ect. I want to have torque when I need it to pull the boat (18ft ranger bass boat). I know about car engines and going for max HP but trucks are much heavier and require that low end torque. Being the engine is 393ci I have a lot of that at my command. Here are some specs to the truck at this point.

mass air conversion
5 speed manual with 3.73 rear posi
around 10:1 comp
trick flow stage 1 cam
proform 1.7 roller rockers
hooker super comp 1 5/8th shortie headers
edelbrock rpm efi intake
75mm throttle body w/custom CAI and 90mm MAF
electric cooling fans

What you guys think i should stick with or even a different suggestion I'm all ears! Thanks!

Id go with the lightning intake and port it out to match. I have a93 lightning that's sc and we have trick flow heads with the stock manifold ported out and works perfect. I make 430 and 410 with a .30 block and upgraded pistons on very low boost. This is my set up, someone else may come in

The edlebrock intake would probably be better if changing anything on that I'd only add a spacer between the upper and lower you reach peak torque a bit sooner.

I like the AFR or Trick flow 195cc heads... even an 180cc head would make that thing have great low end torque....

With a smaller runner head, like a 190 over the 205 will creat air velocity and make torque. You say 10-1 compression, what CC head were you calculating that with? If you get a head with a bigger CC chamber, will loose some torque and compression.

If you dont plan on a supercharger, I would go with the CNC's trickflow 190's or the AFR 185's. And depending on your pistons, if you go with the AFR185's I would go with the 58cc chamber.

-18 cc dish pistons in the block.
the gt40 heads combustion chambers are i believe 62cc. My engine builder gave me that figure when combined with the head gasket thickness he added.

Then the AFR185 with the 58cc chamber might bring compression up tad much. Keep cc's around 60 and should be good.

If the quench is kept to .037 you'll be fine
