Default Advice on changing rotors

my truck had a bad shake when braking so i changed the pads and found out that it was too late, and the rotors had been damaged. so now i plan on changing the rotors and pads at the same time. the pads are relatively easy, but i was wondering if anyone had any advice on changing the rotors.

Everyone forgets when I talk about my truck that is my truck, the whole thing. Sort of like a semi, you don't picture just the rig you picture a big *** trailer behind it. I have more crap in that trailer than most people have in their garage.
