Question adjusting head lights

I've noticed that one of my head lights is pointing to the ground a bit too much. Can someone give me quick instructions to adjust them? Thanks for your time in advance.

when you open the hood there will be a little prong sticking up on the outside part of the headlight assembly, this little bugger pokes through just a little. All you do is turn it and it will adjust your headlights up and down.

Is there anyway to adjust them left and right? Or are they just kinda there?

Alrighty, on a 1990, pop your hood. Look along the top edge of the headlight just above where the chrome trim would be. You should see a bolt to turn on both the left and right side of the housing along the top. Those are horizontal adjustments.

Vertical adjustments are made via another bolt that seems to stick straight up, behind and little to the inside of the truck, to the outside adjustment screw. Just turn these to aim!

And be careful too, they are TINY and you don't want to strip them

Park on level ground and have the truck towards a wall when you're doing this.
