You're in about the right spot... mine is directly under the shrader valve, between the #5 and #6 injectors.

Wow... I wonder if somewhere along the line the lower intake has been replaced? Maybe with one that wasn't exactly correct?

I have no idea what to tell you - just grasping at straws here!

Is it giving you troubles that you think are related to the IAT, such as improper air/fuel mix?

This is out of my 95 F-150 you could mount one of these in the intake tube
Should be the same resistance throughout the temp range as the manifold type.
Just going to have to lengthen the harness so the connector can reach.

yeah caught a code of 54 :act open circuit which makes sense because it(being the plug that is just sittin there) isnt hooked up

so your saying drill a hole in the K& N intake ?
