I have a 1981 f-150,with a factory 9" limited slip,this truck has 86,000 original miles on it.Unfortunatly is was built during the 55 mph days. It has a stock 4 speed,,anyone know which and how to put a 5 speed manual in it? What will bolt up if anything? or are adapters available to put a ZF-5 in it. Its geared high enough now I use the 1st gear on a hill to start, but on the highway I hate taching much over the 55 or 60,,and I need to get to 70,,,help please,,

Ah Duh,,,,LOL,,,I suppose it would,,I always gripe about the dummys like me,,,its 2wd, and its a 4.9 inline 6 thanks for waking me up,,
