95 f150 tons of problems
5.0 no mods
ok it runs now.. but under hard acc. it sounds like a popping in the motor.
and now the overdrive light is flashing i need some help thanks
new parts

msd blaster coil
plugs
msd cap and rotor
new fuel filter
new air filter
checked timing its a 12 btdc
it not giving me a check engine light all the time it comes on then a min or so later it goes off.. im lost

One bad spark plug WIRE can cause an engine to miss.
Old Gasoline will cause an engine to Ping or Knock under hard acceleration.
Vacuum Leak causes same symptoms.
Replaced Air Filter?
When the spark plugs or the Cap was replaced, could two wires gotten crossed up?
Note:
I know for a fact that if two spark plug wires get crossed and the 302ci engine is run hard for only a short time, a piston will either crack or a hole will burn through it, cause I did this 35 years ago and had to replace my 1970 Torino GT 302 4V engine.
