95 Bronco Power Window Problem
He's got power at the motor, otherwise it wouldn't work at all in either direction.
If I remember right the passenger switch wiring terminates at the driver's switch connection... pull the driver's switch out and look it everything over, test it with a meter, etc.

Thank you all for your replies. I investigated wiring, etc. No broken wires.
The problem turned out to be the switch for the passenger window on the driver's side. Since 2 switches control that lift motor, both are involved in the circuitry.
I figured it out by taking the driver's side switch panel out and moving the passenger side switch to control the driver's side window, creating the problem for that window instead of the passenger window.
Took the switch apart, filed the contacts and now everything works.
