lastnight my truck wldnt start, got it jumped and it worked fine, thismorning i put a new battery in it and its still not startin, just makes a clicking sound when i turn the key, any ideas?

 

it sound like ether your alternator isnt chargeing or theres a short some place in the truck that is draning the battory witch allso could be caused by the alternator or something else get it jump agen and take it to auto zone they will test your chargeing systom for free

 

Most likely a poor quality connection if your Battery light isn't on while running & your showing a POS charge. Or your battery is pooched (below normal charge).

You could try jumping across the large posts of the starter solenoid to rule that out. If it starts, the solenoid's bad.
