Hello everyone.

On my 87 f150 i have two small leads that are molded into the lead clamp along with the battery cable that goes onto the neg. battery post. I want to change this out with a new one but can't find this replacement in particular. What are these small wires for. should I splice them solder on new wire with eyelets and use the bolt on the neg clamp to keep them grounded.

That will work. They're grounds, but I don't remember for what.
