Default 5.0 running issue

96 f-150 4x4 5.0. Idles fine. When driving, it seems like it wants to stall. I have a video I will post up, sound isn't the greatest, so I'll apologize ahead of time.
Things that have been replaced: Wire, plugs, rotor, cap, ICM, all the O2 sensors and fuel filter.

Looking for any suggestion you guys may have as to why this truck is doing this. Pops tends to think the cats are failing and could be plugged. I think it is the fuel pump cause when I drive it it feels as if it isn't getting enough gas.
Thanks guys!

Well, you need to take a fuel pressure reading off the fuel rail.

Clogged Cat's are a possibility, causing a back pressure condition. Take it by a reputable muffler shop.
