Default Leaking radiator

Hey guys I've got a quick question. The radiator on my 94 has the normal hole for overflow but has another hole under that. There was a rubber cap to close the extra hole up but after a little time the rubber gets eaten up and has to be replaced. I've done this a few times and would like a permanent fix for this. Any suggestions? I can take some pics tomorrow if needed.

I'm sure somebody will think of something much better than this shortly after I post, but....JB Weld in the hole. Maybe even put a piece of hard plastic over it also.

Best thing I've came up with is a short piece of fuel line 2 clamps and a bolt. The hose lasts forever and old spare bolts are easy to come by. Tough to find a good quality rubber cap for those...actually nearly impossible.

Thanks for the replies. I may try the fuel line and bolt. I'm just tired of wondering when my leaking will be back
