Ok I have everything covered now,but to be clear.....

....5.0 and 5.8 use DIFFERENT manifolds but same y-pipe?

OR
..... same manifolds with different y-pipes?

There are 351 Specific manifolds but you can use your 302 manifolds . If you use 351 Specific manifolds you can run a stock 351 y pipe . If you use the 302 manifolds i am almost positive you will have to have a y pipe made . The manifolds are too short since the heads are an inch higher .

Yes, he added heads in the list on the short block. Excuse me for it not registering right away. He is still more correct on the long block than you though buddy, which is what I noticed more. A long block is intake to oilpan. A drop out is what you are .
