Yep. Often the easiest way to search (this applies to many forums) is to google and add site:domainname.com to your query. For example, "300 egr valve site:f150forum.com".

My app crashes everytime i try to search so i just use google much easier

I have had better luck with finding stuff with a Ouija board and a bag of 'shrooms , than the site search.
