Default 4X4 Operation

With the hubs locked in and in 4 high, whats the recommended max speed I should be going? We get some icy hwys and its not always easy to shift in and out. I've got a 1996 f150.

45-55 is max on the newer trucks (would think it would be the same as older) which would be PLENTY on that icey highway!! Careful out there!!

on older trucks not as fast its not good for it just don't turn.
