Also been trying to find a D44 SA for my 88 F150 but no luck there.

i had a friend tell me you can get a leaf spring solid axle 44 and change your hubs over from your D50 to make a fairly strong front axle setup, but iv not been looking super hard for 1 of those.

I am fine myself with the ttb honestly, maybe its the dual steering stabilizers actually doing work *shrug* I also am in love with these iron cross bumpers I've got I was sweating bullets when it came to buying them - Cam knows all about it haha

just the center bushings and ball joints. out of 3 of these trucks, iv only had to replace 1 ball joint (replacing both on the same side though just because) on the 250. other then that iv had 0 issues with the TTB in 2 150s (1 2wd 1 4wd) and the 250.

I did ball joints on mine when I got it but that was because it sat for the majority of the first 13 years of its life. The boots were dry rotted, along with the factory tires when I bought it 5 years ago.

That's exactly what I will be doing to the 91 and 89 if I convert to D60. I hate ball joints breaking all the times.
