Default 302 engine differences

Hello
I purchased a used 1994 302 engine. I have a 1992 f-150. Through this forum I found out the 94 engine has a different firing order. My question is "Is there a way I can use this in my truck without modifing the engine? Different engine brain, sensors or anything to make it operate in my 92 model truck? Thanks for any help that may be offered.

Just rewire the injectors.

I believe the 92 truck is bank fire. If that is the case, you don't have to rewire the injectors. Its just a matter of changing the spark plug wires to the 94 firing order.

I looked at that, but the different firing cylinders are also oppositely banked so I don't think it will work.
