Default 302 to 351

M looking at buying a 351 block for my truck. I currently have a 91 302. The 351 is out of a 96. I have the e40d. Will it bolt up to the e40d? And I know the 96 is maf and obdII. What would I be looking at to put that into my truck?

It will bolt up. You would need the entire wiring harness, pretty much the whole truck.

Is there no way to just run the engine on the obdI in the truck already?

Mostly drop right in, might have to extend a few wires and might have to get a few older sensors that plug in differently. But the '91 5.0 and 5.8 harness is the same.
