300 work

Default 300 work

Well i got a used 87000 mile 300 for my 87 f150. When i pull it out of the truck before i put it in another is there anything i should do to it. The motor looks real clean already doesnt look like any leaks maybe just the valve cover. The alternator looks new too. The guy recomended chsnging the plugs wires and dis cab. Ehat else if anything should i do to it.

Rear main, oil pan gasket and brass freeze plugs.

Can you put block heaters in these id like to do that. The oil pan is brand new so think think the gasket is good would it still be a good idea to change it i will deff check the rear main seal. Whats the easiest way to remove these without ripping as much stuff apart. How long does it usually take to do this swap for most people. Does the core support have to come off and raid or can i slide it off just engoung and pick it straight up

Be good to yourself and don't try to rush it. It takes what it takes and the heck with how that compares to others.

The guy that can do it fast is probably only half fast.

You don't have to remove the radiator support.

Ok good less that i got to rip apart the better. Even though i might anyway so i can paint the truck blue but i idk how sow idk if i will or not
