Default 3" Body Lift ?'s

I'm looking into a 3 inch body lift... Can anyone chime in as to how hard theirs was to install, how long it took, MPGs lost, and what all needs to be extended and such. I've got a 300, so I already know I need a flex hose, but that's really all I know.

First thing I thought was "Why, are you starting some crap?" too. lol
But it is an important question because of the extra components to deal with.

The only thing I've learned that I need to replace as far as extra components is a new lower radiator hose like this. Past that, what other components? Steering/Brake line/fuel filler neck? And obviously lift the bumpers eventually

Mostly the transfer case shifter on 4x4s, but you don't have to deal with that. I haven't done a body lift on a Ford so I don't know the particular issues with it. On the Chevies I've done most things needed were in the kit. Fuel filler neck extension, automatic transmission shift rod extension, steering column relocating instructions, manual transmission shift linkage modification parts.

The kits I see only include a Steering shaft extension... I'm still digging around to see what's out there
