Here's a summary of everything I've bought and/or saw that could be replaced in case someone wants to redo their front end in the future:

Front Suspension Rebuild (2wd)

-2 Upper Ball Joints

-2 Lower Ball Joints

-Radius Arm Bushings (Thermoplastic Upgrade)
Note: Be sure to get 2 kits if the kit you get is for only one side. Some kits have both sides and some dont.

-2 Axle Pivot Bushings

-Steering Gear Box

-2 Adjustable Caster/Camber Bushings | Adjustable from 0 to 4 degrees (Your build may vary, but I feel that this is necessary for my build.)

-Set of Coil Springs

-4 Tie Rod Ends
Note: Each tie rod has a different part number. There's a Left Inner, Left Outer, Right Inner and Right Outer. Some also may be referred to as center link or drag link.

-2 Tie Rod End Adjusting Sleeves
Note: Each has a different part number. one is the front right and the other is the front left.

-2 Front Shocks
Note: Obviously if your shocks are in good condition, you won't need these.

Optional:
Pitman Arm - My Pitman arm seems to be in good condition so I won't be replacing it unless I see damage once I remove it while installing the steering gear box.

Most of the components I bought when I first bought my truck years ago, so I honestly don't remember.

I pretty much bargain shopped using either Advance Auto discount codes or eBay.

Minus the steering gear box, I would say maybe $200-$300? I honestly don't remember, though.

Ok, I did a quick estimate and it looks like I spent around $400 minus the shocks and steering gear. Wow, it adds up.
