Probably junkyard only. If you find something else to buy, they probably won't charge you for a fistfull of fuses & diodes (& screws & nuts & bolts & small bulbs...). Or you could just solder a new diode into that housing.
But unless you've repaired whatever caused that diode to blow, you'll just blow the replacement, too.
