Default 11" Clutch upgrade

Having difficulty finding good info on the 11" clutch upgrade. One thread says no problem and it will bolt right up and another says that I have to use new 3/8 in. -16 tpi x 1 in grade 8 bolts and lock washers.

Has anyone else done this swap? I'm replacing my clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder and flywheel on my '95 M5OD-R2. Thank you!

Thank you. I read that earlier and that is where I came up with the longer bolts. I guess I'm going to pick the bolts and lock washers tomorrow. I didn't have any helpers today, but got the driveshaft, starter, most of the cross member bolts and all but two of the tranny bolts out today. Ready to get this done!

DONE and Done! Write up was dead on. Thank you. Not sure if the new bolts were necessary or not, but I bought and used them. Transmission seems very strong with the 11" clutch. I may test pulling one of the trailers tomorrow and see how it acts!
