Ford has not offered me a new truck, the rep I've been talking to has been avoiding my calls in my opinion. I will call her and she is not available, I leave her a message and she calls back after I go to work. I have left her my cell phone number and told her this is the best way to get ahold of me. She has only called it one time. I called her this morning, if she doesn't call be back today I will call her everyday till I get ahold of her.

Wasn't the issue resolved by the correct install of the thermostat?

Well if you brought it in for overheating issues and THEN the dealer installed the thermostat upside down...the new dealer finding that mistake will not address the original overheating issue you originally brought the truck in for...unless the factory ALSO installed it upside down.

Overheating na engine almost always affects the longevity down the road...

How about asking if Ford HQ will extend your factory warrenty?
