See if you can pick up a 401 and a set of driver door switches from you parts yard. You have a diode or switch link problem.

@papa: I haven't ran a HEC test. I will look though the manual and do a google search tonight to see how to run it. When you say reset button, you mean the reset button that is on the front panel that clears out the trip meter? I just want to make sure i'm using the right one.
@Flyn: if you are talking about hitting the window motor, i've already tried that, plus i got the window up already. If your talking about hitting the connector that goes to the driving window controls, i haven't done that yet but will keep that in mind. I haven't taken to a ford because it isn't under warranty plus that are asking $85 just to look at it, **** that lol but thanks for the tip.
@07 F150: if i take the switch apart, i will do so at work. i can get some steel brushes there to clean the contacts. Thanks for the tip.

You ran the tests. Your CanBus is good. Look to a semiconductor failure if you switches are all good. Diodes block the return signal to reroute it if your circuit breaker is ok. ( 401 )

2005 power window schematic
Here is a diagram of your power windows. Notice the down relay on the right side right of master control switch.
