Default LED driving lights

This is technically about my Mustang, but I am not current on any Mustang forums anymore and you guys always help me out. So here is my problem.

I put blackouts on the headlights because it looks better. Problem is that now, even with the fog lights on, you can't see **** at night. Wife wants to drive it back and forth to work but it's dark when she leaves. I need some LED driving lights that I could hide in an open spot in the bumper. I've looked for reviews and can't really find much. Hoping you guys can point me in the right direction.

Also, the blackouts got added because the headlights looked awful. Got a restoration kit and worked on one light for three hours and made it look worse!

What do you want LED driving lights for? LEDs are not bright enough to drive with. If your worried about people seeing you then LED running lights would work then.

OR

You can stop putting a bandaid on the problem and fix it lol. Not everything on Ebay is cheap and doesnt last.

Thanks. They are dark smoked covers. I want lights I can hide but still be able to use them at night and see where I am going. My thought on HID kit is that it's not the bulbs brightness that is the problem. It is that the light comes out of the headlight and there is a space and then it hits the headlight cover and the light scatters in a strange way. I assume that brighter bulbs would just result in brighter scatter, unusable light.

I am not putting a bandaid on anything. I like the way it looks now so I want some sort o light that I can tuck back in an open spot where you can't see them but them still be able to produce enough light to see to drive. They don't have to be LED

Be careful with those blacked out headlights, I'm not sure about ur state, but in Texas if u "blackout" or cover the areas of the headlight with the reflectors, BAM instant ticket. Maybe if u do those behind the grill driving lights. I'm not too experienced with that model mustang, but I've seen the lights in the grill.
