Thanks for the info. I have done that, but I am still getting the problem. I am thinking maybe I made the weep hole too big, and and venting the boost pressure? That sounds legit in my head, and the way I'm thinking, but I'm not sure it makes sense...?

You could put a self tapping screw in the weep hole to plug it. If it's the weep hole the problem will go away. Doing that will enlarge the weep hole if you were to pull the screw back out now it's even bigger. If it fixes the issue and you still want a weep hole, drill a much smaller one elsewhere.
