now can you get it to delete the mask so we can actually see exactly what the cameras are seeing?

Trust me, it is worthless. Been there done that sort of thing. Connects then immediately disconnects.

Save time and just get the BT.

I concur. I have the crappy ELM327 from Amazon because I was using it with Dash Command on my old Tacoma and because Apple is too stupid to open up BlueTooth so I had no choice with my iPhone. I tried it with ForScan on my laptop and it connected ok but I couldn't do anything. I could see some of the stuff on Ford's HS-CAN but not the stuff I wanted on MS-CAN. Got the Scan Tools MX BT and it connected immediately, I saw all the things I wanted, and immediately was able to disable engine noise enhancement and add heated/cooled seats to the touchscreen.

Don't waste your time on WiFi.

As an aside, I was looking at my Sync 3 manual tonight and it showed the heated seats icon on the drawings. Strange that they disabled it.

Found the following things on Sync 3:
1. Warning Chimes & Info Chimes options show up under Vehicle icon
2. Traction Control & Hill Start Assist show up under Vehicle icon

Although they show up, they are non-functional (can't select them on/off). Hopefully there's another setting in a different module that once enabled can make these functional. The bold bit in the following addresses enables these

If that is what I think it is...Christmas might be coming early. Keep digging, I know you can do it.

Since this is the same address with different hex values it appears you can't have both of these screens. It is one or the other?

You can have both by combining them: 7D0-02-01 5553 0103 078D

Default Poor XL, not part of the party :-(

From what I read, there is only the DRL that I could disable on my futur XL and maybe activate the remote start if I install the module.

Since I have the small 4'' screen, I don't think something can be changed, please correct me if I'm wrong, but those mods seems to work only on the Sync2 and 3?

I will get the the Forscan + BT MX for diagnostic though, but it would be nice to customize the 4'' screen also.
