After 500 miles of that I would have been driving something else going home.

My thoughts exactly, I would be finding the nearest pull off to set that piece of crap on fire and never look back!

Sounds like a windshield seal noise. Had it on a previous car.
Found it by placing tape over the body to windshield gap and driving. They replaced to windshield and all was fine.

That's bad, but it's so damn loud that it should be easy to find and correct.

I don't seem to have any air leaks and the doors seem to aligned pretty well. But the rear doors in my supercrew need to be slammed to shut, front doors don't have the same issue though. Not sure if that's normal, or a problem....

Actually I just went out and looked and it seems like the rear doors might not be aligned well, one worse than that other... Guess I'll have to run it into the dealer to have it fixed

Default Door leaks and alignment

took mine back for the second time, the door fitment is so bad I can't believe it even left the factory... My doors shake if you hit a bump on the road.. If it's not fixed this time I am not taking it back. I will say ford has been good so far but this is the last chance they get with me.. Good luck

You guys buying the "first run trucks" are like software beta testers. Just make sure you get the bugs worked out before I buy a new F-150 in 2017.
I could brag on here about how quiet my 2014 is on the highway, but you guys already know it is...

Also, not to highjack this thread, but has anyone come to a conclusion on what Ford is doing about all the rust on the rear axle? Mine is BAD! My dealer said they were going to try to contact Ford on Monday, but a brand new truck shouldn't have a rusted rear axle already. Every 15 on their lot was like that too...

Could you PM me about this? thanks!

Here's a link to a video showing the wind noise coming from the passenger side. In person, it's much louder than the video gives credit for...it's VERY loud.

The video was too large to post and didn't want to take the time to edit it down.

BTW, my doors do not appear to have any alignment issues. Had it for 6 weeks now with 3K miles on it...this is the first time this has happened. Wife is holding the phone for the video...noise starts about 10 seconds in

Having your dealer take a look at this is the best first step. Is this regarding a 2015 F-150? Please let me know; I'll investigate all available options.

Please let me know how it goes, jf1502015. I'll get this escalated to your regional customer service manager for further assistance. Please send me a private message with your full name, VIN, servicing dealership, current mileage, and best daytime contact number.
