Default 15' Ecoboost (2.7L) Exhaust Thread

So I have a '15 SCREW XLT Sport with the 2.7L EB.

I've been hunting around the forums and internet for some good sound clips or videos of the 2.7L EB with exhaust. All I have really found for sure is the Corsa setup.

Anybody have any clips, links and set ups they want to share?

Really need some help.

I've only seen the Corsa as well but this would be a good central thread to come back to as guys put exhausts on.

I was wanting a black exhaust with decent sound. I saw the MBRP on autoanything.com but I have no idea how they sound on the 2.7. Saw a youtube clip of a 3.5L with a 4" system and it didn't sound bad.

I just don't want to pay over a thousand bucks for a Corsa exhaust unless it comes with a blow up doll.

Post back here if you find anything!

Look up Flowmasters ecoboost exhaust. I have a 3.5 liter that sounds really good with 40 series Flowmasters. I know its not a 3.5, but how different can it sound from the 2.7

Don't do it. If you want sound then buy a v8. It really is retarded to make an f150 sound like a civic lawnmower

MBRP 3 inch on my 3.5 also fits the 2.7. Quiet on the highway, no drone, and just the right amount of sound when you get on it. About 50lbs lighter then stock as a bonus.

Meh. I think it will be difficult to get a good sound out of the 2.7EB but good is a point of view. I'm not as concerned about sound as I am performance. Obviously I don't want my truck to sound like a civic lawnmower but I'll take a deeper tone than stock. Something that lets you know the truck is on when you start it.

Buy some clothes pins and attach to the tails of those hamsters under your hood.
They will scream like crazy and have a unique sound!!!
Or you could get a v8 like your neighbor has and sound bad ***** !

That's the goal - not to sound like a Civic. As far as "If you want sound then buy a v8" maybe you should step off your soap box and take a peak at the options of engines domestically, exotically, and internationally then consider the availabilities and qualities of sounds. I've had my share of the 5.0, 4.6 SOHC & DOHC 32Valve engines, and a couple Ecoboost. Nothing wrong with wanting to add a little noise and whistle. I'll def keep the EB, but go 3.5L, again (had a 2011), on my next one.

I'm just going to unbolt and "borrow" your cat back one night when your not washing the truck at 1 AM.

Thanks man. I've listened to a few and I'm just on the fence right now. I want to make sure there isn't too much of a sound or tone difference before I make the decision to get some.

I never put exhaust on my 3.5L EB which I regret because they had some good sounding options out there.
