Clamped a Thrush turbo muffler on after the cats. A lot quieter, but has a nice rumble at idle and when I revved it a few times.

Was going to cut the 2nd cat off this morning, but would have to remove the tranny bracket to get before the cat and the pipe between the 1st and 2nd cat is angled and not round.

Default tach

finally got some time to work on the tach that I bought. Ive got the coil wired and the ground wired into the firewall, but i need to wire to the radio fuse for power and the lights fuse for dimmer.

How can I wire into the fuse? Ive heard some people just use a fuse tap, and some even just put the wire in the slot right beside the fuse, but if i ever remove the tach and take the wire out, then the fuse will sit loosely in it's spot.

I saw an ATO Add a fuse, but that claims to max at 10Amps. This would be fine for the lights fuse (4A), but not the radio fuse (15A)>

Ideas?

Just hook to a wire. The light won't dim with the others if you don't hook after the switch.

Good news, I don't have a transmission leak.

Bad news, Its my slave cylinder...Again...For the third time... FML

So either the cheap Dorman clutch slave or I might ask my GF sister's Fiancée who works at one of the Ford dealerships in town and see if he can get me one discounted. Either way it sucks driving like this. Also while I have the transmission dropped, gonna see about the rear main, top cover gasket and the shift rail plugs.

I had a hard time finding the rail plugs but a dime and some red RTV fit nicely in it. Get a OEM or a OEM equivalent. I've learned aftermarket ones are crap. I got a OEM equivalent from the local transmission shop. No leaks since.
