I removed the shocks and axle today. I need to finish cleaning up the rest of the frame.

Got a new low profile tool box and knocked out the bed liner, clear coated it too...

New front sway bar bushings and end link bushings , would've done the rear but as I suspected at the parts store the main bushings are too big. They were 1&1/8 and I needed 7/8ths.

Default Installed a hitch!

Installed a hitch. Hard to believe that this truck is 24 years old and the previous owners never installed a hitch. Was a lot easier than expected. Just wasn't expecting hot metal shavings to fall down my shirt and burn me!

Front brakes changed, need to do the drums still. Couldn't get them apart. Next up is...radial control arm bushings. That looks like a pain. Oh, and I built a floor console out of scrap wood and screwed a cupholder thing from walmart to it, so the dog could ride in the middle seat.
