Default HELP: Fox 2.5 Rear Piggyback Reservoir sticks-out/not in-line

Hello - I got these rebuilt shocks back from Fox service. The one on the right is aligned correctly, but the one of the left is off almost 90 degrees, the reservoir sticks straight out when mounted. What can I do to get it inline? Thanks so much for help.

I would call fox - they should be able to answer that question really easily. The shock is pressurized so not a great idea to just go turning things if you are not familiar with the construction.

I have to send them back to get aligned - at least they are covering all costs, but will be another 3-4 weeks delay. QC not so great at the Fox Minnesota center.

Fox’s customer service is absolute garbage. Sorry you’re having to deal with that.

Well, i sent them the photo, they sent me a shipping label. Shipped off, fixed, and returned in about 10 days, not bad, and at no cost to me (as it should be). Got them on the truck today, man, that was hard!! So hard to compress them, no leverage when lying on my driveway under the truck. I had to use ratcheting straps to get them on there, but I got it finally. Glad to have them back on the truck.
