'04 F150 throttle lag

CAN Bus is the type of software in the processor we use.Control Area Network is the real name of it,it is the next generation past OBD2.
The files in a CAN bus program are alot bigger than an OBD2 and are alot harder to manipulate and reprogram.Then you have to worry about the torque management files imbedded into the software and that is where the throttle lag comes from and only getting 85% of full throttle opening just to name a few.
Does anyone in other parts of the world use a OBD2 processor with a cable style throttle?

I got mine to 108%. Wide open throttle started being displayed at around 89% and I still had throttle left. On the floor, the pid reads 108%.
I took the assembly out to try the mustang mod, saw that it's a different system on the F150, so had to put it back in after doing nothing. But when I went to reinstall, I saw that the 2 bottom mounting holes are oblonged just a little. I put in the top bolt, and I held the the bottom of the pedal assembly as far forward as possible,and tightened the bottom bolts. turned the key on, waited for the lights and did the reset. Like I said it went from a top reading of 87% to 108%, and the difference from a dead stop take off now is amazing.

My guy charges about $125 for the service on other makes and he is going to look at the F-150 TB for me.
I briefly glanced at BBK's website and did not see the TB you were referring too.How much was it?

Well, I'm looking at the plate while it's opening. If it's going slightly past wide open (8%), you can't see it. Being that this thread was about the throttle lag, and not about selling polish jobs that don't address that issue, I've cured it. The throttle response is phenominal, the truck feels completely different, and it lights the tires up for the first time in its life. I don't think the 8% past WOT should deter anyone from trying this.
And BTW, your link:

One another project of mine,we engineered a stop inside the TB for to only open to 100% and not further.I will be looking into this as well on the F-150's.I have a friend locating one in a salvage yard for me and I will crack it open in the next week or so and post up pics.

Please tell us in a little more detail what you did to reach over 100% throttle and also explain the"reset" you referred to. Are you just meaning disconnecting the battery?
