This vendor at one time appeared to be a solid operation, my experience recently will be the last. Buyer Beware.

That's ok, don't tell anybody what happened. Thank for the warning without reference.

I'll keep using them. Never had an issue with them and they have the best prices usually for the Motorcraft branded parts

Prices are generally in the same range as other online dealers - but their shipping rates are horrendous and some parts take a really long time to ship. Customer service is decent.

The customer service is my complaint! None!. No response to multiple emails, online forms, and Live Chat! Chat is not being monitored and required a form, with a call back later promised, 3 days ago! The phone number is not being monitored. Why even list one? Nefarious or incompetent? They may, at one time, have been a decent organization to deal with, they are crossed off my list!
Contacted them to cancel an order. They have my money, but not the part. Now I'm suppose to wait for them to get it then ship it to me.. no thanks.

I placed an order with them 9/9/2022, and got a confirmation email within minutes. Realized i ordered the wrong part, replied to the email confirmation that i would like to cancel the order. 48 hours later my credit card was refunded and then got a cancelation email.

Well this is a bit concerning. I used to order a lot of online parts through Tousley ford but the last few orders it seems like Tasca has been a little bit cheaper. The last order I made with Tasca was about a year ago and there were no issues, they reached out shortly after I made the online order to let me know they didn't have everything on-hand but would order it and ship it all together. It took them a few days to get all the parts together and on-hand but once they had them it shipped out right away. I just placed another order with Tasca yesterday, hoping for a similar experience but can update shortly.

Shipping sucks sure, on larger items. Ever bought from RockAuto though? or LMCTruck? Not everybody offers free-shipping. Part of shopping around. Parts taking a really long time to ship is an issue with part availability you'll find regardless of where you go. They can't ship what they don't have

They emailed me my part I had ordered was backordered once with options of canceling or keeping on order. I replied to keep on order and that was that. About 4weeks later the part was in stock and shipped immediately and I got emails about it all. No customer service issues in the multitude of orders I've placed
