I can get some better pictures tomorrow if you want. -brg2015
That'd be great. I'm really torn between the flip and the roll-up. I'm leaning towards the flip just for lack of mechanical complexity.. which could be a bit presumptuous on my part. I don't know. Does the BAKflip share the same full length locking bar design?

I got the WeatherTechs put in last night. They don't fit great, but it was also 7 degrees outside and they were stiff as a board. No more road ***** on my new black carpet. Winning. I'm going to wait that one out. The Husky under-seat storage seems to be about 1/4" too tall; the back seats won't lock down. I suspect it's because it's sitting on the hard floor liner. Whenever the weather stops sucking bawls I'll probably trim it down a bit.

Does the Platinum come with the tailgate step?
It does. And it is lovely, especially considering my knees are shot. I'll probably be looking at replacing those in the next 10-15 years.

What are the specific part numbers for the Bilstein 5100s? These are ride height adjustable: https://www.realtruck.com/bilstein-5...shocks-struts/

Does that mean that they could also be used for leveling? That's not something I've ever shopped for.

I had the Ford all weather floor liners and hated them. They don't cover the carpet properly and I was always catching the edges with my feet getting in and out of the truck. Just replaced with a new set of Husky's and loving them.

In your link, there, type in your truck's model year, etc... you'll be given the correct part number.

The 5100 for the F150 is spring saddle (the lower mount of the front suspension coil spring) height adjustable with five positions, from a factory ride height through 2.1" height increase. Most people do the fourth position (1.75") or the fifth (2.1"). I did not use any lift on my truck, and have lowered the rear of my truck one inch.

These are height adjustable for the front suspension only, and once they're installed, that's it unless you remove the entire damper/spring assembly and use a strut compressor (or spring compressor) to disassemble the unit in order to change the spring saddle circlip position on the damper body. Yea... it's a crapton of work. They're worth it, though.

I guess their site is where I'm getting confused; I enter the truck info and they only show 2WD front struts. What about the rears? Am I having a dumb moment?

Nah. It's not necessarily a good layout for a parts webpage, maybe...

Try this: https://www.realtruck.com/bilstein-5...016Y212MA.html

Or, go to Stage3Motorsports.com and order all four dampers for +/- $350 shipped... that's where I purchased my set last April. The price may have changed slightly, dunno.

The photo in that link to some allegedly rear shocks is a generic pic. The rear shocks for our trucks feature black dust boots and a female upper mount bushing.

Here's another picture. It does look like it sticks out a bit, but it's never really bothered me. I haven't seen a BAKflip, so I don't know how it compares.
