Wife said it would not fit, I said it would....cleaning out garage for my truck
When i got home with my shiny new XLT first thing i did was to see how it fit in my large 2-1/2+ car garage.
Roof barely cleared the open garage door but the antenna would not be long for this world if not replaced with a stubby.
Length-wise, had about 4 feet of clearance which was excellent.
However, width-wise i could park one of my Jeeps in there along with my XLT but a serious risk of open-door banging dents could easily occur.
So my XLT has a home in my 50' x 70' pole barn.
Now i can go back to parking both of my Jeeps in the garage.

When brought an f250 told the salesman will buy if it fits in my 3 car garage, It did barely, So brought the truck.
Too protect sheetrock, installed a foam cushion board, so just slowed in till bumped board, No hitch could be on
truck but door closed, Only had a couple of inches of the roof antenna clearing too, But it was secure in the garage

My $300 two-day bump out. I prefer to back in but can pull in forwards too with how I designed it. 99% of the time my garage door is open when I get in, but I can get by in front if I need to without scuffing truck at all with the door closed.

I feel for you guys! I've been spoiled....our house has a 24'x40' garage. Heated, insulated, floor drain, hot/cold water. I can fit my 7'x14" utility trailer behind my truck and still have 2' to spare.
After removing my front tag holder, removing a bar from my garage door, attaching a 1/2" of foam to the wall in the garage so I can bump the wall with my bumper, I have about an inch left to close the door. I pull into the garage, put it in neutral, and gently push it til it touches the wall and press the emergency brake to hold it there while I put it in park.
