Default Wife said it would not fit, I said it would....cleaning out garage for my truck

and her minivan.

I'm so happy the truck fit in there but it is a very tight squeeze. I back up as close as possible to the rear wall so I can still get around the front with the garage door closed.

Her minivan has been kicked out of the garage since I bought the truck (its been over a month now) and she wants both vehicles in there. I have been slowly moving junk out of our 2 car garage so we can try to fit my truck and her minivan in there. Last weekend it was the elliptical machine and my weight bench and next weekend I may be able to find a home for everything else.

I'm definitely putting my backup camera to work when going in the garage. The backup sensors are great but they start going off pretty early and I can tell you that when they alarm "red" you still have a good foot before touching anything.

How much space do you have with your truck in the garage?

I want to see pics of the van and truck in the garage. Thats the situation ill be in when my truck arrives.

That, with young kids, has me thinking the truck is safer in the driveway

I've got about an extra 2'. Yes, feet. We park both my crew and he wife's CX9 in ours. It's tight width wise because of the toolbox but they fit.

I will take a pic with all in the garage but I don't plan to have many kids toys in there anymore. We can move them around back and I have a 12x24 lofted barn that I can put more stuff in if I need to.

Mine and the wife's Caddy SRX both fit. Tight but luckily my garage has a 5' bump out on one side or my truck would be too long.
