Default windshild wipers working????

So my windshield wipers kinda work. On high they move Alittle bit every time then they go full cycle. I get nothing out of the other settings and nothing out of the fluid spray. The tuck is a 85 and sat for 5 years when i got it ... any one have some ideas

Default wiper chatter

:My blades hopped across the window the first time I used them. Clay bared the glass, rainx'd , new Bosh blades - nothing worked
Went up to the dealer and I took a pair of new wiper arms off another truck on the lot, put them on- problem solved in 2 minutes
I didnt even charge them for the repair

Mine are terrible. Had the dealer replace them twice. No change. Love my truck, but this is very frustrating.

make sure you replace the metal arm and not just the blade
the spring tension and arm angle are incorrect in some wipers and cause the blade to chatter on the glass
