Default Steering Column Brass Cogs

Hey,

I've been trying to figure out why my key just spins and I have even broken the piece off of the end of the key tumbler.

I believe the problem is with the brass cogs in the plastic part that wraps around the steering column. and where the key goes in.

The key turns those cogs and then pushes the actuator.... does anyone know what the brass parts are call or a part number and/or how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
