1994 f250 with a 6 and 4x4.

Starts like a beauty, then

starts to get lower in pitch before she stalls and dies. Pretty sure it's a fuel pump or fuel filter issue. Any input?

Also just a side note- rear gas tnk doesn;t work. Front runs fine but when I switch to rear she dies real quick. After doing some digging I think the transfer switch on the frame is bad. Only I don't actually know what it's called/the part number to search it. What do you guys think?
