Default 1996 f150 4.9 won't start help!!

sorry if this is in the wrong area or whatever, but I have searched this forum and not found my answer. I have a 96 f150 that ran perfect until one day I got home and it wouldn't start. it turns over like it wants to start but won't crank. I have checked the relays, I have replaced the battery, the ignition coil pack, the distributor cap and rotor, I had the icm checked and it's good, I checked the fuel relief valve and gas came out indicating fuel is flowing. I checked the fuel solenoid on passenger side lower firewall button is not tripped. I'm out of ideas anyone plz belp

First check if you have spark at the spark plug wires.
Then check how much fuel pressure you have.

It's not a carbureted engine - having fuel isn't enough. It has to be over 30 and preferably over 40 psi
