Looking for Suggestions

Just bought a 93 Ford f 150 and am looking to a due some basic performance mods and something to make it stand out. Open to any and all suggestions, thanks guys!

You could upgrade your ignition system. Msd coil, cap+rotor, 8.5 mm spark plug wires, and motorcraft copper plugs. I would suggest posting this in the 87-96 forum, you would be more likely to get more replies
