This is a 2004 heritage.
I've done this before on a 2001 which had clips.
Not sure how these come loose.

the grey one just squeeze those tabs together and it should push out the other side. The red ones you're gonna pull apart and push to the other side. I/d say to be easy on the red ones as they may be brittle from age.

one those plastic retainers are out of the way should be able to push the hose up onto the line then pull back and it'll release
