I had took off the cover for the steering wheel, every time I would start my 95 f150 v6 I hear a beeping of 6 continuous beeps of 4-5 series then it will stop for a couple minutes then continue I had disconnected a wire harness from under the dash from a blue box and beeping stopped would any one know where this connection goes?

The 3 pin wire connector in the pic is the pigtail connector (C275 in pic) for the transmission control switch (OD cancel switch) which plugs in to the steering column harness on top of the column (under the upper steering column shroud). The beeping which you are hearing is the air bag warning tone which will only sound if the air bag indicator is out with a fault present. Your air bag light has probably been illuminated prior to the beeping concern and, as a result, the bulb burned out.
