so my third brake light up on the cab hasn't worked for a while. i was wondering if there's a way to pop it out from the outside or do i have to go in through the inside which would mean taking out my headliner. its a '94 XLT if that matters

 

Theres screws on the outside to take it apart. Its mostlyly the bubls inside
