Default Right Turn Signal makes Engine Rev

How's it going everyone, I have a 1991 Ford F150 XLT Lariat 4x4 5.0 V8 that I have been restoring for a while and while I'm driving down the street, I go to use the Right Turn Single and my engine revs up slightly until I turn the Turn Signal Off. This one has me stumped, I know its an electrical issue, and its only the Right Turn Signal that causes the Engine to Rev. It doesn't do it when I'm sitting still or in Park, it only does it when I'm driving and its only the Right Turn Signal. When I start to lift the turn signal everything is fine until the Turn Signal clicks into position, then that's when the Engine Rev happens. The engine doesn't Rev as if I have the pedal flat to the floor, its just a slight noticeable RPM Increase. This is totally something weird and nothing I have ever heard of or seen. Also, I'm new here so I apologize if this isn't the correct area to post this but I've been browsing this Forum for help for a long time and I know there are a lot of smart people here so that's why I've made this Thread and brought attention to this problem, here..... I appreciate anyone's help, Thank Yall..

You should put ALL the truck's details & history (as much as you know) into your signature so it shows with each post, as this page explains:

(click this text)

Phone apps don't always show signatures, so you may need to switch to a real browser in desktop mode on your phone, or just use a desktop/laptop computer. Put your location (nearest city) in your profile & upload an avatar of the truck. The more pics you post (NOT in your sig) of the truck, engine, wiring, labels, & undercarriage, the more likely we can help you. Not all its details are relevant to these issues, but you don't necessarily know which ones are relevant, so just put everything in now.

Post pics of the battery, its terminals, and the harness grounds on the back of the core support near the fan shroud.
