Default Power Window/Lock Harness Mount

I have a 93 f150. On the drivers side door where the window and lock switches mount, the whole assembly is falling in the door. I have taken the panel apart and found that the 3 ears, that the screws go through to attach the harness and switches to the panel, are broke. I can't seem to find a replacement. Has anyone had this issue or know where I could get a piece?

If the piece that has all the wires attached to it that the screws go through is broken that's a major job to replace - the whole wiring harness really.
If it's the piece the screws go into, that's just a switch bezel.

If it's the first thing best to find a way to Mcgyver it.

The top part (bezel) is pretty simple to find and replace. The bottom part I'd try to figure a way (plastic washers ? or some such inventive technique) because changing the harness is a major (it's one piece all the way to the passenger kick panel) and trying to pull the wires from one plug and fit them into another is not a simple task either. Not to mention you'd probably have to buy a whole harness just to get the plug off the end.
