5.8L with E4OD tranny.

Problems include, dead speedometer and odometer, 4 ways only flash on one side, 4x4 light comes on when starting truck and stays on (doesn't actually engage the 4x4, just the lights), high rpms before upshift and downshift then jars into gear, od light flashing.

I know its not a mechanical issue because all of these symptoms are electronic related. I checked the VSS contacts which looked clean, however the seal cup which houses the wires to the plug is torn (pictures

below). Tried pulling codes but none existed. Any ideas?

Found the problem. I knocked my add a fuse out by bumping my CB cable. Put it back in and its all good.
