Default Multi function/turn/wiper switch?

My delayed wiper switch doesn't work as it is supposed to, and so I want to replace it.
My question is, if you have done this already, what is the best brand of replacement part? Shee-mar, Motorcraft, Dorman?
I was shopping on Amazon, and these are the choices. Motorcraft only offers one year warranty, the Dorman offers 2 years.
How bad of a job is it? Lower steering wheel cover comes off, and? Is the truck side of the equation one piece? Or three separate plug ins, to the switch side?
Thanks,

Motorcraft ones mostly lasted 20 years on a lot of trucks.
Lower cover, ignition lock cylinder, upper cover, 2 torx bolts, 2 plugs, reassemble.
